SES in JV with EPEM Engineering was awarded by UNDP to design and supervise the construction of new sanitary landfill in Ghazzeh and the rehabilitation of the existing one.
National inventory of the biogas materials throughout Lebanon
SES was awarded a contract by CEDRO-UNDP to conduct a national inventory of the biogas materials throughout Lebanon. SES tasks includes the collection and analysis of data on the waste generated from dairy farms, dairy industries, vegetable markets and municipal solid waste sorting facilities. The data will be used for the purpose of being used in the development of Anaerobic digestion reactors.
Qabrikha Awareness Campaign SES was awarded the implementation of an awareness campaign on Solid Waste Management in the Qabrikha Municipality. During the campaign, SES designed and supplied the necessary brochure for the awareness campaign, conducted two General public workshops and one Training of Trainers. Al Taibeh Awareness Campaign SES was awarded on the implementation of an awareness campaign on Solid Waste Management in the Taibeh Municipality. The project was divided into two main tasks, namely: assist the municipality with the logistics of the newly acquired solid waste management system and conduct awareness campaigns to introduce and promote sorting at the source with the inhabitants of Taibeh. In the campaign, SES conducted one training of trainers and one General public Workshop for 65 persons. During each seminar, SES distributed a brochure that was specifically designed for the Al Taibeh awareness campaign.
