Development of a Feasibility study for the Development of a Biogas Plant in a Farm in Bekaa area
In September 2018, SES in joint venture with Biovec were awarded by one of the biggest cattle farms in Lebanon to develop a feasibility study for the development of a biogas plant in Bekaa area. The study included resource, technical, economic, and environmental assessments for several scenarios: 1500, 2000 and 3000 dairy cows. The study also assessed the addition of whey (lactoserum) to the digester that would be sourced from the company’s dairy industry.
